The performers are fictional virtual characters; no real people are depicted, and content is not presented as depicting any real person. Content generated with the Site's tools at your direction may be viewed and used within the Site under your account; the underlying models, software, prompt libraries, and site content remain the property of LatinaCastings or its licensors.
You agree not to: share account credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or download content, harass other users, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LatinaCastings be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
