Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LatinaCastings.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Age Verification

Access to explicit content requires a one-time, account-level age verification, enforced server-side. In most regions, confirming from your account that you are at least 18 is sufficient. In jurisdictions with viewer age-verification laws (including certain U.S. states and the United Kingdom), stronger proof is required and self-attestation is not accepted. An account that has not completed verification can browse non-explicit surfaces but cannot view or generate explicit content. Purchasing credit does not unlock explicit content and is not a substitute for verification.

Where you are matters as well as who you are. In the United Kingdom we do not serve the site at all. In US states with viewer age-verification laws we show only performer headshots and content we have marked as non-explicit, whether or not you have an account and whether or not you have verified. 4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Credits & Payments

All content and features on LatinaCastings are accessed using a USD credit balance on a pay-per-use basis. We do not process credit cards. Your credit does not expire. Credit costs vary by action (e.g., watching a video, creating a model, generating images).

6. Content Usage

All content on this Site is owned by LatinaCastings or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

All performer imagery and video on this Site is computer-generated. The performers are fictional virtual characters; no real people are depicted, and content is not presented as depicting any real person. Content generated with the Site's tools at your direction may be viewed and used within the Site under your account; the underlying models, software, prompt libraries, and site content remain the property of LatinaCastings or its licensors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share account credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or download content, harass other users, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LatinaCastings be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Refunds, Cancellation and Disputes

Card payments are not available during the private beta (see section 5). This section states the terms that govern credit refunds. It applies to credit added to your account by our team today, and to purchased credit when card payments begin.

Purchased credit you have not spent. If you buy credit and change your mind, you can ask for a refund of the part you have not spent. Ask within 14 days of adding it, through the contact form or by email to support@latinacastings.com. We refund the unused amount to the card you paid with.

Team-added credit. Credit added to your account by our team, for example a courtesy or beta grant, has no cash value and is not refunded.

Spent credit. Credit already spent on a completed generation or a completed chat message is not refunded. The price was shown to you before you committed, and the compute behind it was used the moment you did.

The one automatic exception. If a generation you paid for fails on our side, the price is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. Your credit statement on the Credit page shows the charge and the refund side by side.

Chargebacks. If you have paid by card, please contact support before opening a dispute with your card issuer. Most billing questions are settled the same day, and a dispute freezes the charge for weeks. We answer at support@latinacastings.com. The 14 days above are the window for asking us for a refund. They do not limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and we do not refuse a dispute because of them. If a chargeback is filed on a charge you asked us about, we will send the issuer our record of the charge, the balance it created, and how it was spent.

Closing your account. There is no subscription to cancel. You can deactivate your account at any time from Account settings. Deactivating disables sign-in; it does not delete your data or your published models, and support can reactivate the account on request. If you have unused purchased credit when you close your account, we refund it on request, if you ask within 14 days of adding that credit. To have your data deleted, email support@latinacastings.com.
