1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email address and name. We do not collect or store credit-card or other financial information. We also collect usage data such as pages viewed, IP address, browser type, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the service, process payments, send account-related communications, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment Processing

All content is accessed using a USD credit balance on a pay-per-use basis. We do not process credit cards or store any financial information.

4. Age Verification Data

When you attempt age verification we store the time your account was verified and the method used. For self-attestation we also store the region code worked out from your IP address (for example US-TX or GB), the result of the regional check, and when it was checked. We store this whether the check lets you through or asks you for stronger proof. Your IP address itself is never stored and never written to logs. The region code, the result and its timestamp are deleted automatically 12 months after the check; the fact that your account was verified, and the method used, are kept for as long as the account exists. If ID-based verification is introduced, identity documents will be processed solely for verification and deleted on a short, fixed schedule; this policy will be updated before any such flow goes live.

Separately from your account, we check which country and US state you appear to be in when you arrive, so that we do not serve videos or photo galleries where the law requires an age check we do not offer. That check reads your IP address once, as you arrive, whether or not you are signed in. Your IP address is not stored, not written to our logs and not attached to your account. It is held in memory only long enough to avoid repeating the check for the same visitor, for at most six hours, and what is kept for that time is the result of the check rather than the address. If the result is carried in a cookie instead, that cookie contains the result and an expiry time and nothing else.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on AWS. We use encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using BCrypt and are never stored in plain text.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only. They cover signing in and keeping you signed in; remembering that you confirmed you are over 18, so the notice is not shown on every visit; and, where the regional check applies, remembering the result of that check so it does not have to be repeated on every page. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not use cookies to track you across other sites.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting and storage. These services have their own privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also deactivate your account at any time from Account settings; deactivation disables sign-in and does not delete your data. To have your data deleted, contact us.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
