Every performer on LatinaCastings is an AI-generated persona. No real people are depicted: all faces, bodies, and profiles are synthetic AI models created on the platform. Because no actual humans appear, the content is exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping.

LatinaCastings uses a pay-per-use model with a USD credit balance. Creating a model and generating photos each deduct from your credit, and the cost is shown before you commit. During the private beta, credit is added to your account by the LatinaCastings team.

What is the difference between a quick photo and a photoshoot?

There are two ways to make a photo of a model. A quick photo works from her headshot: it is fast, it costs less, and small details like hair tone and wardrobe can vary from shot to shot. A photoshoot uses the model you trained, so her look is locked in every frame, and it costs more per photo. Both save to her gallery and both are billed from your USD credit.

Do you offer refunds?

Unused credit can be refunded on request within 14 days of adding it. Credit already spent on a completed generation is not refunded; a generation that fails on our side is refunded to your balance automatically. Team-added beta credit has no cash value.
