Content Policy

LatinaCastings is a site of AI-generated characters. Every performer, photo, clip and chat reply here is computer-generated. The performers are fictional, and no real person is depicted or recorded.

How images are made

Images and clips are built on our servers from a fixed set of choices. A request for anything outside those choices is refused before you are charged. Every character is an adult; the youngest age a character can have is 18 to 20. You cannot upload a photo for the AI to change.

How images are reviewed

Before an image is made public, it is scanned by a third-party image moderation service. An image that the scan marks as explicit or violent above our threshold is not published. If the scan service fails, we record the failure. Video clips are not scanned by that service.

How chat is monitored

Every message and every reply is checked against our list of prohibited terms before it is sent. A message that matches is refused before it reaches the AI and you are not charged. A reply that matches is replaced. Replies to visitors who are not signed in are also checked against a separate fixed list of explicit terms, and a reply that matches is replaced.

What is never allowed

Deepfakes or any image or likeness of a real person; anyone under 18 or anyone presented as a minor; non-consensual scenarios, including anyone asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated or hypnotized; incest; urination or other watersports scenarios; violence, abduction or snuff; bestiality or animal cruelty; prostitution or escorting; polygamy; instructions for illegal activity; medical, legal, financial or gambling advice; hate speech; and any content that is illegal where you live. Our Terms of Service, sections 8 and 14, carry the full rules.

Reporting content

Anyone can ask us to remove content, with or without an account.
